Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Vice President, New Development to lead strategy, development, and transactional execution for multi-family housing projects and related infrastructure across the Military segment.

The role is remote with geographic hiring limits; you will drive growth, manage partnerships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver project outcomes while aligning with the Corvias value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field is required.
• MBA/advanced business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy, development, and transaction of new multi-family housing development and other housing opportunities within the Military business segment.
• Lead growth initiatives, negotiate contractual arrangements, and ensure achievement of objectives.
• Develop project-specific strategies to maximize asset fees and value for partnerships.
• Collaborate with Army to meet housing needs and drive financial benefits.
• Oversee ground lease changes, governance, and transition documents for partnerships.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, legal, HR, IT to maximize oversight and value in partnerships.
