Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a senior leader (SVP, New Development) to drive strategy, development, and transactions for multi-family housing and related projects within the Military business segment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, growth orientation, and negotiation of contractual arrangements with partners.

You will manage complex development efforts, collaborate with government partners, and guide end-to-end execution while aligning with the partnership model and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/ advanced business-related degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand business opportunities
• Proven ability to manage business development timelines, delivery, and dependencies; experience leading growth of multimillion-dollar projects
• Proven ability to present highly technical information and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as our partners’ asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development and related housing opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies ensuring assets deliver expected fees to the Partnership.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs and provide financial benefits to project companies.
• Understand partnership governance and hold parties accountable for responsibilities.
• Identify and address performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple complex housing growth targets and drive execution of the strategy.
• Execute high-value opportunities by cultivating relationships and forming deal concepts.
• Create and maintain transition documents for partnership governance and negotiations.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the partnership including day-to-day operations and strategic goals.
