Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an experienced SVP, New Development to lead strategy, development, and transaction activities for multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. This role operates remotely with national eligibility and focuses on growth, partnerships, and complex negotiations.

You will manage asset and development efforts, collaborate with Army partners, oversee governance and transition documents, and drive value across the partnership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field is required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic initiatives, growth, and partnerships.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government contracting is a plus.
• Ability to manage multi-year growth initiatives and complex transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, development, and transaction activities for new multi-family housing and related opportunities.
• Act as asset and development manager representative for partnerships to optimize projects.
• Develop and implement project strategies and ensure asset fee delivery to the partnership.
• Collaborate with government partners to meet housing needs and maximize project value.
• Oversee governance, transition documents, and negotiations; guide end-to-end execution.
• Manage multiple complex growth targets and drive high-value opportunities.
