Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Executive to lead strategy and transactions for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military business segment. The role is remote with candidate eligibility limited to certain states.

You will drive growth, manage complex partnerships, and negotiate contracts, while coordinating with finance, legal, HR, and IT to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics is required.
• MBA or advanced business-related degree is preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience in strategic initiatives and growth.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and transaction activities for new multi-family housing projects.
• Develop project strategies to maximize fees for partnership assets.
• Collaborate with Army and partners to meet housing needs and drive value.
• Negotiate terms and oversee complex, high-value transactions.
