Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development and housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific growth strategies and ensure assets deliver fees to the partnership.
• Collaborate with government partners to meet housing needs and maximize project value.
• Oversee multiple complex growth targets and execute high-value opportunities.
