Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience in strategic initiatives increasing profitability and expanding opportunities.
• Experience with public-private partnerships and government contracting is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage development timelines and multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development and related housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategy to maximize fees for assets and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs and deliver value.
• Understand partnership governance and contractual responsibilities; ensure accountability.
• Identify risks, develop corrective action plans, and guide end-to-end execution.
• Oversee multiple complex growth targets and optimize execution of strategy.
• Lead negotiations to secure high-value opportunities and awards.
• Prepare marketing and reporting materials to ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage project meetings with Client, Project Company, and stakeholders.
