Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development executive to lead strategy, development, and transaction work for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military segment. You’ll drive growth, negotiate terms, and coordinate with partners to optimize value and outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in strategy, partnerships, and complex transactions, with a focus on delivering results in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive strategic and business development experience.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government contracting is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and transactions for new multi-family housing projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage partnership governance and incentives.
• Coordinate with Army and other partners to meet housing needs and finance goals.
• Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time execution and target outcomes.
• Prepare market analyses and transition documents for governance bodies.
