Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 15+ years experience in strategic initiatives and growth.
• Experience with public-private partnerships and government is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as asset and development manager for new multi-family development and related housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop strategies to maximize fees across assets and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs and deliver value.
• Oversee multiple complex housing projects and drive end-to-end execution.
• Lead negotiations and prepare transition documents related to governance and alliances.
