Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an SVP, New Development to lead strategy, development, and transactions for new multi-family housing and related infrastructure within the Military business segment.

You will drive growth objectives, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships with a growth-minded, results-focused mindset.

The role requires extensive experience in public-private partnerships, financing, and complex project oversight across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar field is required; MBA/ advanced business-related degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ progressive experience executing strategic initiatives that increase profitability and expand business opportunities.
• Experience with public-private partnerships, government contracting, or M&A is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, delivery, and dependencies; leading growth of multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as our partners’ asset and development manager representative for new multi-family development and developing ‘other’ new housing infrastructure opportunities.
• Develop and implement project-specific strategies to ensure asset delivers fees to the Partnership for Asset, Property, and Development Management.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to meet housing needs while benefiting the project companies.
• Understand partnership structure; hold parties accountable for responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps; develop corrective action plans with operations teams.
• Oversee multiple complex housing growth targets; maximize strategy effectiveness.
• Execute high-value opportunities by cultivating relationships and forming deal concepts.
• Create and maintain transition documents; participate in negotiations as appropriate.
