Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an SVP, New Development to execute strategy and drive multi-family housing development within the Military business segment. You will lead complex partnerships, negotiate terms, and guide growth initiatives to deliver value for the partnership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience executing strategic initiatives.
• Experience with public-private partnerships or government contracting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar development timelines and projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as asset and development manager representative for new multi-family projects.
• Develop strategies to ensure assets deliver fees to the partnership.
• Collaborate with the Department of the Army to support housing needs.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps with corrective action plans.
• Oversee multiple complex housing growth targets and maximize strategy effectiveness.
• Lead negotiations and craft deal concepts to secure awards.
• Prepare transition documents and participate in governance/negotiations.
• Maintain ongoing oversight of partnership goals and operations.
• Understand partner housing needs and market conditions to identify opportunities.
