Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II for remote work with travel to Arrow offices as needed. You will develop executive relationships, manage supplier programs, and lead demand generation to boost revenue and growth.

This role requires strong leadership in supplier management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and IT. In a remote-friendly environment, you will partner with strategic suppliers, design programs, and supervise

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Ability to build executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding go-to-market planning and demand generation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
