Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II for a fully remote role with travel to Arrow offices as needed. The position emphasizes strategic supplier management, program design, and demand generation to drive growth and revenue across security vendors and technology distribution.

Responsibilities include leading business planning, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to remove barriers and optimize performance.

Formación

• Experience in supplier management and channel sales.
• Strong ability to build and maintain executive relationships.
• Demonstrated revenue, profitability, and strategic initiative management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives to increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex issues and drive efficiencies.
