Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to strengthen executive relationships with key suppliers and steer strategic initiatives across the supplier base.

In this fully remote role, you will lead business planning, growth initiatives, and partner programs while collaborating with sales, operations, finance, and IT to accelerate revenue and optimize performance. Some travel to Arrow offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree.
• Experience in supplier management, channel sales, and product management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies with measurable results.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to Arrow offices as requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs to increase supplier adoption.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex business issues and improve processes.
• Provide guidance and enablement to sales teams on strategic opportunities and market positioning.
