Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead supplier relationships, executive engagement, and growth initiatives. The role focuses on driving strategic supplier partnerships, business planning, and go-to-market programs to expand bookings and profitability.

Fully remote with travel to Arrow offices as needed. The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market development, and demand generation within a security-focused supplier ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Track record of growth strategies delivering measurable results.
• Experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for supplier escalations, planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow while representing Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, and profitability.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs across the channel.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
