Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card payment network. You will research, qualify, and enroll suppliers, educate them on virtual payments, and drive adoption through consultative conversations.

In a fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll manage outbound outreach, validate supplier data, and strive to exceed enrollment and quality targets while collaborating with Payment Optimization teams. Remote option available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on the benefits of virtual card payments and joining the network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information accurately to ensure enrollment success.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Maintain motivation and manage outbound calling with minimal supervision.
