Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to enroll suppliers into our virtual card payment program and educate them on the benefits of accepting virtual payments. You will drive adoption, handle objections, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will research and enroll suppliers, gather accurate data, and exceed enrollment targets while collaborating with the Payment Optimization and Payment Operations

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
• High degree of energy, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card payment program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual card payments and becoming part of our payment network.
• Identify and overcome objections through active listening, consultative conversations, and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information accurately and efficiently to ensure successful enrollment.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality assurance goals.
• Maintain a high level of self-motivation while managing outbound calling activity and achieving results with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support additional functions within the Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as the organization continues to grow.
