Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card payment network globally. You will partner with suppliers, educate them on the benefits of virtual payments, and drive adoption of our payment solutions across the world.

In a fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will enroll suppliers, manage high-volume outreach, and ensure a seamless enrollment flow while delivering an exceptional experience for partners and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• High energy, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to manage objections through consultative conversations.
• Strong integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on virtual payments benefits and enrollment in the payment network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information accurately to ensure enrollment.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Maintain motivation and manage outbound calling activity with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Optimization and Payment Operations functions.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as the organization grows.
