Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card network. You will enroll suppliers, educate them on benefits, and guide them through a smooth onboarding process with a high-touch, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program via high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual card payments and network adoption.
• Overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and QA goals.
• Maintain self-motivation while managing outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Ops functions as needed.
• Suggest improvements to processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Assist onboarding and training for new team members as the company grows.
