Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead day-to-day staff operations in a remote-capable role across the United States. You will oversee workload management, ensure adherence to workflows, and collaborate with teams to maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate has a background in managed care or specialty pharmacy, experience in coaching staff, and working knowledge of pharmacy claim processes. Remote work is available for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement.
• CPhT certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leadership and staff scheduling to meet workload standards.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals and ensure clear communication of changes.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripts and resources are clear.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Travel up to 5% as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
