Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an experienced leader to supervise specialty pharmacy operations remotely across the US. You will manage daily workflows, uphold quality metrics, and mentor staff while ensuring clear communication with staffing agencies.

The role offers a remote work setup with a standard M-F schedule and up to 5% travel; the company provides strong benefits and PTO. A background in pharmacy and HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred.
• 2 years in managed care, specialty pharmacy, or PBM environments.
• Experience in a call center is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy practices preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workload standards by understanding workflow and scheduling needs, and direct staff to meet goals.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent goals from being achieved.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting and resources are clear.
• Ensure staff understand information, and provide timely updates and feedback.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and act as escalation resource for issues.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy processing software and Lumicera systems and tools.
