Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team within a managed care/pharmacy environment. The role focuses on ensuring daily workflow, guiding staff, and maintaining strict quality standards to support patient outcomes.

You will oversee training, coaching, and performance, while coordinating with hiring agencies and ensuring resources are current. Remote work is available for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow and scheduling needs.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting and resources are clear.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely and appropriate way.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Manage disciplinary process per department/company policies.
• Document and retain training, reviews, and feedback records.
