Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks a frontline leadership role supporting pharmacy services. The position emphasizes staff supervision, process improvement, and quality monitoring in a remote-capable environment across multiple states.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching / mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and applicable data privacy practices preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding current workflow/scheduling needs and plans.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent goals from being achieved.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting and resources are clear.
• Ensure staff information is shared timely and clearly.
• Ensure staff comprehension by requesting feedback or observation.
• Lead and support department staff day-to-day.
• Set and enforce quality metrics for staff.
• Monitor quality and provide coaching as needed.
• Facilitate training and development for individuals and the department.
• Manage disciplinary processes as outlined in policies.
• Document and retain records of training, reviews, and feedback with Specialists.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies.
• Escalate calls or issues to supervisors when needed.
• Triage service and technical issues and educate staff on resolutions.
• Triage to pharmacist staff as appropriate.
• Ensure resources are current and clear through regular maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy processing software and related tools.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
