Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an experienced manager to lead clinical operations and staff in a remote-capable role across the US. You will optimize workflows, coach staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy rules while maintaining high service standards.

Competenze

• Experience in managed care or specialty pharmacy environments.
• Background in call center operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices.

Mansioni

• Lead daily workload planning and staff direction to meet workflow goals.
• Identify barriers and improve processes for throughput.
• Review client transitions and volume changes for staffing adequacy.
• Maintain timely communication of changes to staff and leadership.
• Coach and develop department staff and monitor quality metrics.
• Travel up to 5% as needed and support compliance objectives.
