Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a pharmacy operations team. You will guide daily workload, remove barriers, review client transitions, and ensure clear communication of information to staff.

As a key leader, you’ll coach and develop staff, monitor quality metrics, coordinate with agencies, and ensure resources and systems are current. Remote work is available to eligible states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• HIPAA and data privacy knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow and directing staff.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes; ensure resources are clear.
• Ensure timely sharing of information impacting staff.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to deliver results.
• Monitor quality metrics and conduct staff training.
