Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a supervisory leader to guide a staff in a rapidly evolving specialty pharmacy operations environment. You will oversee day-to-day workflow, coach staff, ensure compliance, and maintain high service quality.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to triage issues efficiently. The position offers comprehensive benefits and allows remote work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, or PBM environment.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workload standards and guide staff toward goals.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve targets.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripts/resources are clear.
• Share information with staff in a timely and appropriate way.
• Coach, motivate, and develop staff to deliver outstanding results.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
