Lumicera Health Services is recruiting for a leadership role within a remote-capable team. The role focuses on managing daily staff workflow, driving quality metrics, and supporting operations in a specialty pharmacy context.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership or coaching experience in managed care or PBM environments, with a background in pharmacy claims and patient services. Competitive benefits and remote work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• HIPAA and data privacy awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support staff to meet workflow goals.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve targets.
• Review client transitions and volume changes and ensure resources are clear.
• Communicate updates to staff in a timely and clear manner.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver outstanding results.
• Coordinate with hiring agencies and external partners.
• Triage service and technical issues and educate staff on resolutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy processing software and tools.
