IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inbound and outbound student calls, chats, and texts from a remote location. You will manage CRM data, follow escalation procedures, and ensure compliance with client requirements while meeting performance metrics.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience preferred.
