Job summary

Post University is seeking a Student Accounts Processor within the Office of Student Finance. The role handles online and on-site student tuition processes, supporting the Assistant Director of Billing Services and ensuring timely billing, adjustments, stipends, graduation tasks, and other non-counseling accounts.

The position offers remote work options and requires understanding Title IV funds and regulations, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email and video.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle tuition billing and stipend processing per Title IV rules.
• Support billing procedures and adjust accounts as needed.
• Respond promptly to internal customer service issues and escalations.
• Maintain compliance with internal and federal policies.
• Support graduation and other non-counseling student account tasks.
• Assist with annual and term-based billing changes.
