This remote role requires knowledge of Title IV funds, strong communication, and collaboration with Admissions, Student Accounts, and Advising to support student success.

The position offers a stable full-time schedule, occasional overtime, and requires an associate degree or equivalent.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of Title IV funds, regulations, and eligibility.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication; positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with financial aid team to improve student experience.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and university systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic and goal-oriented; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise students on tuition payment plans and financial aid options.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Accounts, Registrar, Advising to support financial needs.
• Collect and verify financial aid documentation with packaging specialist.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in university systems.
• Counsel students with high balances to identify additional financing solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up for resolution.
• Participate in registration and retention initiatives.
• Stay current with federal regulations and university policies.
• Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain 80% 'ready time' on inbound phone queue.
