Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of Title IV funds, regulations, and eligibility.

• Proven ability to collaborate with others to improve student experience.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and university systems.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on tuition payment plans, financial aid options, and application procedures.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Accounts, Registrar, Advising to support financial needs.
• Collect and verify financial aid documentation to complete student files.
• Maintain records and perform data entry in university systems.
• Counsel students with high balances to identify financing solutions.
