Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, carrier relations, benefits administration, or healthcare technology.
• Experience managing complex partner relationships and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success negotiating contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills translating complex business data into actionable recommendations.
