Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Partnerships Executive to own and grow strategic partnerships with voluntary carriers and ecosystem partners. You will lead relationship management, revenue strategy, governance, and contracting to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Product and leadership, you’ll align partner objectives with organizational goals, drive platform adoption, and steer cross‑functional teams toward growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in strategic partnerships or related fields.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills.
• Experience in benefits administration, healthcare tech, or carrier operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic relationship owner for assigned carrier and ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships that strengthen trust and long-term value.
• Develop partnership strategies to support revenue growth, retention, and market differentiation.
• Lead governance processes and manage partner performance and risk.
• Drive commercialization efforts, including pricing, SKU development, and launches.
