New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead observability strategy and customer engagements. You will design solutions, document gaps, and help clients transform with the New Relic platform, collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools, plus strong communication at executive levels. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on with OpenTelemetry and OSS like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Observability platform experience (New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
• DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering exposure and cloud-native tech.

Aufgaben

• Lead solution design to meet observability goals with the New Relic platform.
• Document current and target observability states and design gaps fixes.
• Engage with customers on-site and remotely to drive transformation.
• Create artifacts: reference architectures, technical blogs, talks.
• Continuously improve technical and communication skills through training.
