New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers in adopting the New Relic observability platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to drive strategic engagements and expand platform adoption.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software/tech consulting, strong presentation skills, and hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, and cloud-native stacks. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Golang.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with OpenTelemetry standards and OSS like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with observability platforms like New Relic, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace, Grafana Labs, or similar.
• Understanding of Incident Management and SLI/SLO measurement.
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering service delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud-native technologies - Kubernetes, Docker, serverless.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical guidance.

• Lead engagements with sales and technical teams to guide customers on achieving observability goals with the New Relic platform.
• Document current and target states of observability and design solutions to close gaps.
• Engage with customers on-site and remotely to accelerate transformation and maturity.
• Create artifacts like reference architectures, technical blogs, and conference content to build trust and credibility.
• Pursue ongoing personal and team learning through training and mentorship.
