Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win to transform data into strategic recommendations for capture, pricing, and proposals. This fully remote role develops pricing analyses, tracks market trends, and informs bid strategies to help win high-impact pursuits.

You will build models, maintain pricing databases, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with Business Development to mitigate risks and surface data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Plan and conduct competitive intelligence, pricing research, and market analysis for opportunities.
• Build and validate award histories, incumbent information, procurement trends, and price benchmarks.
• Develop analytical inputs, reasonableness ranges, and explain key assumptions for PTW, pricing, capture, and proposals.
• Maintain bid-specific pricing databases, templates, and workpapers; document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute opportunity-focused research to develop PTW assumptions.
• Conduct competitive pricing analyses using award history and market data.
• Create models and logs; translate findings into bid strategy implications.
• Support strategy sessions and proposal teams with data-backed insights.
• Mentor Analysts on methods, data quality, and PTW documentation.
