Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in competitive intelligence, price-to-win analysis, and market research.
• Strong Excel skills, data organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research to support PTW assumptions and competitive positioning.
• Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, incumbent information, and market intelligence.
• Support competitive pricing analysis by compiling prior award data, pricing benchmarks, contract values, labor categories, and cost drivers.
• Assist in building and maintaining bid-specific competitive pricing databases, source logs, and evidence files.
• Use analytical platforms and spreadsheets to support top-down, bottom-up, and parametric analyses under direction.
• Prepare draft charts, summaries, and analysis packages for review by senior PTW team members.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP discussions to capture risks, questions, assumptions, and information gaps.
