Maximus is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win, to turn market insights into strategic recommendations that shape capture, pricing, and proposal decisions for high-impact pursuits.

This fully remote role involves competitive pricing analysis, building pricing models, and presenting findings to guide bid strategy, with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts. You will collaborate with business development, leverage award history and market benchmarks to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Capable of building analytical models, maintaining source logs and workpapers, and translating findings into clear implications.
• Advanced Excel and analytical documentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute opportunity-focused customer, competitor, and market research.
• Conduct competitive pricing analysis using award history, incumbent performance, procurement trends, contract structures, and market data.
• Develop inputs for analyses; identify reasonableness ranges and explain key assumptions.
• Build, maintain, and improve bid-specific pricing databases, templates, and workpapers.
• Use analytical platforms and spreadsheet models to identify pricing patterns and cost drivers.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP analysis to identify pricing risks, business risks, and mitigation options.
• Draft findings, insights, and recommendation materials for review; translate research into bid strategy implications.
• Support strategy sessions and proposal team requests with data-backed insights.
• Mentor Analysts on research methods, data quality expectations, and PTW documentation practices.
