Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Competitive Intelligence & Price to Win to turn market data into strategic recommendations. You will analyze competitors, support pricing strategies, and help shape win themes across high-value opportunities.

This is a fully remote role with a focus on data-driven decision making. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus strong Excel and analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with PTW assumptions, bid strategy inputs, or competitive pricing data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity-focused customer and competitor research to support PTW assumptions and competitive positioning.
• Collect, organize, and validate award history, procurement data, incumbent information, and market intelligence.
• Support competitive pricing analysis by compiling pricing benchmarks, contract values, labor categories, and cost drivers.
• Assist in building bid-specific pricing databases, source logs, and evidence files.
• Use analytical platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools to support top-down and bottom-up analyses.
• Prepare charts, summaries, and analysis packages for review by senior team members.
• Participate in pre-bid and RFP discussions to capture risks and information gaps.
• Maintain documentation standards for traceability and usability by the capture team.
