Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Strategic Client Director to lead premium client partnerships across Real World Data products. You will own a portfolio, drive revenue retention and expansion, and ensure customers realize the full value of RWD, IHD Platform, and IaaS.

You will coordinate with Sales, Solutioning, and Consulting to maximize renewals and growth, while maintaining strong relationships with executives and end users. This is a remote US role with a subscription‑driven focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client partnership roles within life sciences data or similar.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes (NRR, expansion, renewals).
• Ability to translate complex data products into customer value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue across named accounts (RWD, IHD Platform, IaaS).
• Lead quarterly business reviews and articulate ROI from data usage.
• Own client relationships with decision-makers and end users across accounts.
• Identify expansion signals and route to Sales/Pre‑Sales with context to convert.
• Monitor account health and implement risk mitigation with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams without owning execution and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide feedback to Sales/Consulting on expansion signals and new use cases.
• Prepare accounts for renewal with proactive renewal processes.
