Norstella is seeking a Strategic Client Director to manage a named portfolio of Strategic Client Partnerships across Real World Data, IHD Platform, and IaaS. This remote US role focuses on revenue retention and expansion, Executive-level relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive client value and renewals.

The role emphasizes commercial outcomes rather than delivery, coordinating with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams while not owning execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client partnership roles in life sciences, healthcare, or biopharma.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and growth across RWD, IHD Platform, and IaaS accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating data usage into ROI narratives.
• Own client relationships with decision makers and end users.
• Identify expansion opportunities and route to Sales/Pre‑Sales Solutioning.
• Monitor account health and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare accounts for renewal with Renewal Operations Specialist.
