Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer Specialist to drive adoption of Storage & Analysis products. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with Sales to accelerate opportunities and deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of value, and technical guidance across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logs/observability in customer-facing roles, a background in cybersecurity or data analytics, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logs, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record selling into new and existing customers.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop demos and selling artifacts reflecting customer buying patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities for successful outcomes.
