Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist for its Storage & Analysis portfolio. You will be a trusted technical adviser in customer engagements and help drive pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes demos, proofs-of-value, and collaboration with the Sales Specialist across time zones. Based in the Eastern Region, you will deliver technical presentations, guide customers through proofs of concept, and contribute to product documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience with logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Experience selling into new and existing customers (land and expand).
• Ability to teach opportunities through consultative selling.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years in a customer facing role OR equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Must reside in the Eastern Region (Eastern and Central Time Zones Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products during the sales process.
• Partner with Product Sales Specialist to develop sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Field team to develop demos, content, and selling artifacts reflecting customer needs.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations, conduct product demos, and run Proof of Value events.
• Guide customers through proofs-of-concept to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blogs and product documentation.
