Cribl is seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist to drive success for the Storage & Analysis portfolio. This role suits someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and exceeds sales goals.

As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll help customers understand value, partner with Sales to accelerate opportunities, and provide feedback shaping our offerings. You will collaborate with the Field team to develop demos, content, and engaging artifacts,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logs, metrics, observability, IT operations, or security in a customer-facing role.
• Experience selling to new and existing customers (land & expand).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AND 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, or equivalent combination.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products during the entire sales process.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies and drive pipeline growth.
• Develop demos, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations and value events.
• Guide customers through proof‑of‑concept activities to ensure outcomes.
• Document use cases in blogs and product docs.
