Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sales Engineer Specialist for the Storage & Analysis portfolio. You’ll advise customers, partner with a dedicated Product Sales Specialist, and build demos and materials tailored to buyer needs.

You will present technical information, run Proof of Value events, and guide customers through PoC activities to secure outcomes, with up to 30% travel and a compensation package reflecting location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles with logs, observability, IT operations, or security.
• Experience selling to new and existing customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Explain the value of Cribl's Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with a Product Sales Specialist to develop strategies and drive pipeline.
• Create demos, presentations, and selling artifacts reflecting customer patterns.
• Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
• Deliver presentations, conduct PV events, and present technical information.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
