Job summary

Pearson North America is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to support instructors by aligning Pearson digital products with learning objectives. This role requires college-level Statistics teaching expertise and strong implementation knowledge.

You will train faculty, develop tutorials, collaborate with product and sales teams, and travel for workshops. Remote US-based; 40 hours/week; eagerness to empower instructors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics or related field required.
• At least 5 years of full-time collegiate Statistics teaching.
• Power-user of Pearson MyLab required.
• Experience with online teaching and LMS platforms preferred.
• Ability to engage with international customers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators, providing discipline experience and digital product knowledge, to advise on integration of Pearson products.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; provide MyLab guidance.
• Consult with customers on modifying or creating content.
• Create training resources such as videos, guides, and live/recorded webinars.
• Consult with Product teams to advise on new platforms, tools and features.
• Partner with Sales in campaigns, calls and demonstrations.
• Use success metrics and reporting structures to document recommendations and course design evolution.
