Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) to work remotely in the US, focusing on Mathematics and Statistics. The role requires expert teaching experience at the college level and deep knowledge of Pearson MyLab implementations.

You will guide instructors, tailor support to audiences, and collaborate across teams to maximize product impact each term. Responsibilities include delivering training, developing tutorials, and partnering with Sales for campaigns while tracking success

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics is required.
At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching experience in Statistics is required.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
Knowledge across Mathematics and Statistics; data science/engineering desirable.
Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Advise course-level administrators on integration of Pearson digital products to support learning goals.
Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies with MyLab.
Collaborate with customers to modify or create content.
Create training resources: videos, guides, live and recorded webinars.
Advise Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
Support sales campaigns with demonstrations and enablement activities.
Document recommendations and evolution of course design with metrics and reports.
