Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) to lead instructional design insights for Mathematics and Statistics across North America. This remote role requires college-level Statistics teaching expertise and deep knowledge of Pearson MyLab implementations.

You will train faculty, tailor content, and collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize learning outcomes. You will travel for face-to-face workshops and conferences, contributing to robust guidance and proven strategies

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics required.
At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab.
Knowledge and experience in multiple fields in Mathematics and Statistics; Data Science and/or Engineering desirable.
Online teaching experience and LMS experience preferred.
Experience with Copilot and other Generative AI tools a plus.
Ability to engage with international customers in different time zones a plus.
Experience presenting at conferences and department meetings.
High Achievement: Collegiate Teaching Award(s).

Responsibilities

Partner with course-level administrators, providing discipline experience and digital product knowledge, to advise on the right integration of Pearson digital products and implementation that will best support teaching and learning goals.
Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; Provide deep understanding and best practices knowledge instructing with MyLab.
Consult with customers on modifying or creating content.
Create department-specific training resources such as videos, guides, and live as well as recorded webinars as needed.
Consult with Productteams to advise on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
Partner with Sales in campaigns, calls and meetings, demonstrations, and other sales enablement initiatives.
Use a set of success metrics and reporting structures to provide customers as well as internal stakeholders with written documentation of the recommendations and evolution of the course design and implementation.
Requires some travel to conduct face-to-face training and implementation workshops as well as attend relevant conferences and internal meetings.
