Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to support higher education customers remotely in North America. You will align Pearson digital tools with instructors’ objectives and student outcomes, leveraging your statistics teaching experience and MyLab mastery.

The role includes delivering face-to-face and virtual trainings, developing tutorials, and collaborating with product and sales teams to drive impactful course design.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics and college-level teaching experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab.
• Experience with data science and/or engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on integration of Pearson digital products.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies with MyLab.
• Consult with customers on modifying or creating content.
• Create training resources such as videos, guides, and webinars.
• Consult with Product teams to advise on new platforms and features.
• Partner with Sales in campaigns, calls and meetings, demonstrations, and other sales enablement initiatives.
• Use milestones and reporting structures to document recommendations and evolution of course design.
