Job summary

Pearson North America is seeking a Faculty Advisor in Customer Success with deep expertise in Statistics education. You will align Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning objectives and outcomes, delivering face-to-face and virtual trainings, tutorials, and workshops.

You will leverage MyLab and LMS experience to support course design across Mathematics and Statistics, collaborate with teams, and travel for trainings and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Statistics and at least 5 years of college/university teaching experience in statistics.
• Expert-level knowledge of Pearson MyLab or related digital product implementations.
• Experience with online teaching, LMS platforms, and data-driven course design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on integration of Pearson digital products with teaching goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies with MyLab.
• Advise customers on content modification to fit learning objectives.
• Create department-specific training resources such as videos, guides, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product teams to advise on new platforms, tools, and features.
• Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, demos, and enablement initiatives.
• Use success metrics and reporting to document recommendations and course design evolution.
