Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor in North America to support mathematics and statistics courses with expert-level knowledge of Pearson MyLab and other digital tools. The role emphasizes teaching experience, content customization, and collaboration with product and sales teams to maximize course impact.

The position requires travel for face-to-face training and conferences and offers remote work options. A Master’s in Statistics and 5+ years of collegiate teaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics or closely related field is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics is required.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge across Mathematics and Statistics; Data Science/Engineering experience is a plus.
• Online LMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies (MyLab focus).
• Assist customers with content modification or creation.
• Create department-specific training resources such as videos, guides, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product teams to advise on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
• Partner with Sales on campaigns and demonstrations; support sales enablement.
• Provide documented recommendations and evolution of course design and implementation.
